About me


I am an interim HR leader and consultant with over 10 years of experience supporting
organisations across build-up, growth and transition phases — often where people deci- sions directly impact business continuity, cost and risk.
My background combines executive HR and managing director responsibility with
hands-on entrepreneurial experience in building and leading international organisations.
I bring deep DACH HR expertise (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), complemented by
long-standing collaboration across Central and Eastern Europe.
